2008/09 review: Passos started off very well so far his basketball career. At the time team withdrew from the Swiss League, Passos was leading all rebounders with a 10,8 average per game. He also led the Swiss League in 2pt FG%. Showed very good game knowledge and strong phyisical play inside.

SCOUTING REPORT

Passos is a 6'9" 245 bruiser type of center/forward who plays very physical inside on both ends of the floor with good understanding of the game ... has strong rebounding abilities especially on the offensive end where he constantly attacks the glass and looks for the ball ... likes physical contact and is a hard nosed defender with good focus and energy ... shows he can knock down consistently the short jumper both from the baseline and from the top of the key as well as he displays a number of solid powerfull post moves to pass the defender from both sides ... goes up hard all the time, thus he is a very good finisher around the basket and gets frequently fouled. Has still margins of improvement and must get the free throw percentage up. Is a major candidate for a high level career ... blue collar and competive player.
