2006/07 review: After a great sophmore and strong junior season, Moss repeated once more a third solid senior year under new coach Gary Waters ... in three season at CSU he has averaged double-figure scoring and ended his career as one of the top scorers and three point shooter at CSU.

SCOUTING REPORT

NBA built guard with strong scoring potential and good game IQ ... uses his deadly three-point shooting to open up defenses while his quickness and strength let him explode past defenders ... quick release on shot, squares up well and elevates ... good at using screens ... drives to the basket both hands or stops off the dribble to take a jumper in traffic ... good anticipation defensively and good rebounder from the guard position ... jumps well and is strong thus he has the potential by working hard and with experience to become a high level guard in Europe ... NBA hopes in a couple of years if he works on going deeper to the basket.
