2007/08 review: After being names NAIA National Tournament MVP and winning the National NAIA Championship in 2007, Gray repeated himself again in 2008 taking Oklahoma City University to the National Title once more and being honored once more as the NAIA Tournament MVP for the second straight time. Has been OCU's floor leader and has showed tremendous capacity to take games over leading his team to key wins including the Championship games.

SCOUTING REPORT

Fast, athletic, skilled and complete combo guard, left handed, with the ability to drive and shoot the ball with the best of the them. McNeilly, plays the off guard/point guard position mainly but can also be very effective in Europe as a point/off guard where he can use his great court vision skills and passing abilities ... Can create for himself and for others on the court ... a good player overall who was able in college to frequently score 20 or more points with a high of 40 points ... yet McNeilly, is not selfish, but very good at reading the defense and make good decisions on the court. The fact that he led the Sun Belt conference in minutes played per game shows the importance he had on the Privateers team as a Sr.
